Business Development 

We’re looking for experienced people passionate about building new client and partner relationships and helping our business grow. 

The kind of experience we’re interested in

We’re keen to hear from people with experience in business development, sales or growth roles, particularly within creative agencies. This might include experience in:

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outreach, networking and relationship-building
  • Qualifying leads and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Developing tailored proposals, presentations and pitches
  • Negotiating and closing contracts that deliver long-term value
  • Supporting revenue growth through strategic planning and performance tracking
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and wider teams to drive agency growth
  • Representing an agency at industry events, talks or networking opportunities
  • Keeping up with industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  • Exploring new markets, sectors or geographical territories
  • Contributing to thought leadership, social content or campaigns that support business growth

The type of experience we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from account professionals who have experience managing organic social and influencer-led campaigns in an agency environment, particularly across lifestyle sectors such as FMCG, Fashion & Beauty, Property & Interiors, Health & Wellbeing, and Travel & Hospitality.

This might include experience in:

  • Delivering fully integrated social campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Snapchat and Threads
  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted social partner
  • Translating brand objectives into strong social storytelling and platform-first content
  • Developing content calendars, briefs and presentations with exceptional attention to detail
  • Identifying reactive opportunities and optimising content based on performance and platform behaviour
  • Leading and collaborating with designers, content creators and wider agency teams
  • Supporting influencer campaigns, from briefing through to reporting
  • Producing high-quality short- and long-form copy across multiple platforms
  • Presenting strategic recommendations that go beyond traditional agency thinking
  • Contributing to the development of social strategies, content pillars and visual formats
  • Managing timelines, budgets and resources with confidence and clarity
