The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in this journey.
Our new MM will naturally look to achieve meaningful growth: new business leads, increased demand from top-tier brands, and a brand presence that cements our position at the very top of the industry. Thriving on action, storytelling, and connection, you’ll work closely with our leadership and BD team to turn visibility into real relationships, conversations, and opportunities.

This is a senior, influential role for a marketer who wants full ownership, creative freedom, and the responsibility that comes with it.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Innovation:
Own Truffle’s marketing strategy end-to-end (social, email, networking, events, Google Analytics), shaping a clear annual roadmap while remaining agile to platform shifts, performance signals, and cultural moments. You’ll champion experimentation and push the brand forward - grounding bold ideas in insight, data, and sound strategic thinking. Where opportunities are justified, additional budget may be allocated for high-impact moments, with you responsible for proposing, managing, and reporting the value of that investment.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Design and deliver targeted campaigns that speak directly to high-value prospects. Create tailored content, outreach sequences and event touchpoints that help us open doors and build relationships.
Storytelling, Content & Case Studies:
Own Truffle’s narrative, working closely with the team to ensure this is delivered across our content. From punchy case studies, thought leadership and short videos, you will be accountable for showcasing our impact and continually looking to raise the bar even higher.
- You’ll be comfortable producing and repurposing content across social, email, video and events, with a clear understanding of cadence and cultural relevance across platforms.
- You’ll be hands-on where needed, proficient in Capcut / Premier, Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
- You’ll define and maintain a clear, consistent messaging cadence across channels, ensuring everything we publish feels unmistakably Truffle - intelligent, confident and quietly iconic.
- With a strong eye for visual aesthetics, you’ll uphold strong creative standards, balancing polished output with lo-fi, vertical formats when pace and cultural relevance matter most.
Events, Thought Leadership & Awards:
You’ll help extend our social presence beyond the screen, supporting IRL experiences and ensuring Truffle is influential both online and offline:
- Plan and host high-quality networking events, client roundtables, and partner sessions to create moments IRL - very much visible, very much present.
- You’ll identify and curate the right industry events for our Managing Director to attend, strengthening our network through meaningful, face-to-face engagement. In parallel, you’ll source and shape panel, podcasts, and speaking opportunities for our CEO, using thought leadership to amplify our reach and influence.
- You’ll also support the CEO’s personal brand, suggesting timely topics, shaping narratives, and occasionally helping draft content primarily for LinkedIn /TikTok.
Social & Digital Presence:
Our bread and butter! You will keep our owned social channels vibrant and on-brand, working closely with the team, tapping into their passion and wisdom - with a little experimentation along the way.
- You’ll shape insight-led content that educates without lecturing — curating thought leadership from across the team that delivers real value and produces content worth saving, sharing, and returning to.
- Armed with your work phone to capture real life at Truffle, BTS content will reflect the variety of our days, our team’s agility, grit and passion.
- EGC evangelist: Embrace our ethos that every individual in our team is the face of Truffle. By providing the right prompts and encouragement, you’ll empower our people to show up consistently and authentically across our channels.
AI-Enabled Marketing:
Use approved AI tools to accelerate ideation, research and content repurposing, while ensuring everything stays authentic, accurate and true to Truffle’s tone of voice.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Partner with the leadership team to align marketing with pipeline goals. Track performance metrics (leads influenced, event ROI, engagement) and share actionable insights.
Blogs & Articles:
Keeping our website up to date with great content that will improve our SEO and support our website performance.
You’ll Be Great At This If You:
- Have 3+ years in a digital or creative agency marketing or a B2B professional services type business.
- Love crafting stories and content that spark feeling (not just tick boxes!).
- Have experience running ABM or event-based campaigns that have influenced the pipeline.
- Enjoy working across multiple projects at pace - juggling content, campaigns and community.
- Are confident with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics and social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X.
- Understand how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Clause, Notion, etc) smartly, without losing the human touch.
- An excellent storyteller and copywriter, accurate spelling and grammar
- Are proactive, personable, and thrive on making things happen.

- A consistent drumbeat of visible, shareable client stories and case studies.
- A growing network of prospects and partners engaging with Truffle and quoting what a great email/social post/campaign they saw!
- High-quality leads and opportunities generated through targeted ABM and events.
- Recognisable Truffle Social presence at industry events and in online communities.
- Clear ROI on marketing activities, shared openly with the team.
