Responsibilities of the role

Campaign Support

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns across your assigned accounts, working closely with Truffle’s Influencer Campaign Manager to ensure activity stays on track and meets the highest standards.
  • Assist with maintaining campaign trackers, schedules, and documentation throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Flag any risks or delays to the wider team and help keep all moving parts running smoothly.

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Assist with creator research and discovery, identifying talent that aligns with campaign goals and brand objectives. 
  • Support initial outreach to creators, agents, and managers, coordinating availability checks and managing day-to-day correspondence. 
  • Help maintain and update the agency's talent database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate influencer deliverables and content timelines, chasing approvals, tracking submissions, and ensuring content is reviewed and published on schedule. 
  • Support the briefing process by helping to prepare briefing materials and collating assets for talent. 
  • Assist with the coordination of gifting programmes, including managing opt-in lists, shipping logistics, and delivery tracking.

Commercial & Admin

  • Support the management of campaign budgets by tracking spend, processing purchase orders, and assisting with invoice coordination. 
  • Help maintain accurate contract records and assist with paperwork across active campaigns. 
  • Ensure all admin is completed thoroughly and on time, supporting the wider team to stay organised and compliant.

Performance & Reporting

  • Assist with compiling campaign performance reports, pulling data from analytics platforms and preparing summaries for client updates.
  • Monitor content as it goes live, tracking engagement and flagging standout or underperforming posts to the team. 
  • Stay informed on emerging creators, trends, and platform updates, sharing relevant observations with your team.

Client & Team Communication

  • Support client communication under the guidance of senior team members, helping to prepare campaign updates, meeting materials, and status reports.
  • Work collaboratively across the influencer, social, and creative teams to ensure campaign activity is well-coordinated. 
  • Maintain a proactive, responsive approach to both internal and external queries.

Required Skills and Experience 

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field, ideally in an agency environment.
  • A genuine passion for creator culture, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery or social analytics tools is a bonus, but not essential.
  • A collaborative team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support across a variety of tasks.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
