Responsibilties
Campaign Delivery
Deliver campaigns across all social channels: Instagram (full suite), Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube
Work closely with our clients to integrate campaigns with broader marketing plans; understand business challenges and identify suitable services to address the clients’ needs, solidifying our role as their go-to social partner when navigating the digital landscape
Drive innovation and fresh thinking across campaigns
Support across influencer campaigns including reporting
Support across paid social campaigns including reporting
Strategy
Support in developing new social strategies with a specific focus on developing unique content pillars and visual formats
Copywriting
Produce longform and short form copy across multiple platforms, showing a good understanding for tone of voice, nuance and brand guidelines
Content Creation
Produce high quality evergreen content and contribute to brainstorms for creative campaigns and new social assets
Optimising content per platform - a solid understanding of audience behaviours and platform functionality is important
Manage designers to design and repurpose content
Project Management
Ensure the most effective use of resources at all times - we work on an ‘earned autonomy’ basis
Support across project management for content production and campaigns, working to set budgets and timelines
Market Expertise
Keep an ear to the ground within the market, disseminating relevant information to the team and applying knowledge proactively
Client and Team Communication
Maintain clear and proactive communication with your line manager regarding progress, responsibilities, and deadlines, highlighting potential issues in advance. You will also need to express leadership qualities by providing clear and concise instructions to juniors (Account Executives, Account Assistants, interns, etc.), guiding them effectively and giving clear, effective feedback on their work. You will also need to build strong relationships with your clients that are based on trust and integrity, and maintain regular liaision with them via daily emails and weekly calls.
Experience Required
- History of working specifically in social media, successfully managing projects, growing relationships with SMEs and international clients, and working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Proven track record of paid social campaign management
- Strong portfolio of examples of content that you have ideated and managed through to production and posting
- An understanding of repurposing content and cross-platform integration
- Demonstrated experience and skills in areas such as advertising, creative production and copywriting
- Good technical understanding of social/video editing across Instagram Reels and TikTok
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, digital and current communications and content marketing trends
- Proven experience accurately reporting and analysing numbers and metrics
- Proficient in social measurement and listening tools
- Influencer campaign experience is ideal
- Experience developing strategic recommendations/proposals for social media and digital activations and KPIs to effectively measure success
- Result and solution-oriented with a strategic mindset, good logical thinking
- Strong execution and good capacity for pressure, and a good sense of communication and co-working
